Who I am
My name is Kinny, the owner of the Realm of Inner Light.
I am a certified lash lift technician, Reiki practitioner and menstrual cycle coach.
I created the Realm of Inner Light as a sanctuary for self-love and gentle transformation. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your own body.

Lash Lifts
As a certified Lash Lift Technician, I believe beauty rituals can be both empowering and gentle. I love the simplicity and subtle transformation of a lash lift; it’s a small act of care that can make a big difference in how we carry ourselves. I strive to create a peaceful and welcoming space in every session I offer.
Reiki
I am a graduate of the Second Degree Level of Reiki (Usui System of Natural Healing). Reiki has had an enormous impact on my life and has helped me in my journey to further ground and reconnect with myself on a much deeper and spiritual level.
Menstrual Cycle Coaching
After experiencing challenges with my own menstrual cycle, I dedicated myself to learning more about what was going on in my own body. While on this journey, I was fascinated as I discovered the many amazing things that the female body can do! I am now on a mission to share this information with as many women as possible!
